The Midwestern State University Cultural Greek Council (CGC) is currently home to five Greek Letter Organizations:

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (African-American founded Sorority)
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (African-American founded Sorority)
Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. (Latina founded Multicultural Sorority)
Omega Delta Phi Fraternity. Inc. (Multicultural based Fraternity)
Sigma Lambda Alpha Sorority, Inc. (Latina based Multicultural Sorority)
