2024-2025 Outstanding Student Awards: Nominee Information Form

General Information

The annual Honors Recognition Banquet at Midwestern State University, the marquee student academic and leadership award occasion of the year, will be held Friday, April 25, 2025. As has been the tradition at Midwestern State University, all academic programs, administrative departments, and registered student organizations are invited to nominate students for the awards.

This form is to be completed by the respective nominee for an award, after being nominated by an academic program, administrative department, or registered student organization.

Completed forms must be submitted online through Mustangs Link by midnight on Monday, March 3, 2025.

A committee comprised of university faculty and staff review all completed nominations and determine the selection results.
